How do I check the status of my order?

You can track your order on our "Track Order" page:

After an order has been placed, it's immediately sent to one of our fulfillment centers where your items will be shipped within 2-5 business days. Expected delivery times vary, please see, ‘How long does delivery take?’.

Please note: Shipping times may take longer than the estimated delivery for our popular sales.


How long does delivery take?

Please be patient and allow 2 - 3 weeks for your order to arrive. We aim to get your order to you as soon as possible and it will be worth the wait (some of our worldwide orders may take up to 45 days).

If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery time, please contact us.

If your order hasn't arrived within 45 days of the date of you original purchase, again please contact our support team.



Do you deliver products internationally?

HoljazChic successfully ships all products worldwide each day. We have many happy customers in every corner of the globe!



I've put a wrong shipping address and/or picked a wrong size/variant! Can I change it?

If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can't promise anything as all of our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or a few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it. Contact us anyway, we still care and we'll try to make it right for you. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can't use.

Your credit card information is used automatically to complete the requested transaction and is not stored or viewed in any other way.
